- 1 red onion, thinly sliced.

- Sliced avocado.

How to prepare:
- Extract and strain the orange juice and combine it with the cilantro sauce, add some salt to your taste.
- Add to this mixture the cucumber, mushrooms and onion. Combine, check seasoning and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve the aguachile on the tostadas and with avocado slices.
