Mushroom Aguachile


  • 4 oranges.
  • 1 teaspoon of Mex-Can Cilantro Sauce. 
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and peeled, and cut into half moons.
  • 500 g mushrooms, thinly sliced.
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced.
  • Salt.

To serve:

  • Corn tostadas.
  • Sliced avocado.

How to prepare:

  1. Extract and strain the orange juice and combine it with the cilantro sauce, add some salt to your taste.
  2. Add to this mixture the cucumber, mushrooms and onion. Combine, check seasoning and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve the aguachile on the tostadas and with avocado slices.
